Cold Brew Iced Coffee

Ingredients:
2/3 cup of coarse ground quality coffee
3 cups of cold water
1 quart mason jar

Methods:
Combine coffee and water in the jar.
Stir grounds with a non-metallic utensil, making sure all grounds are moistened.
Cover and let brew for overnight (8-12 hours) at room temperature.
Skim off the bulk of the grounds and filter the rest through a strainer and coffee filter.
Pour over ice in a tall glass and enjoy.
Great for the warm summer mornings.
The brew can also be diluted to taste.
Make a bigger batch using the same coffee to water ratio and keep it in the fridge for up to a week.
